Since 1937 the company Caves São Domingos has been producing sparkling wines, old spirits, grape spirit, Bairrada wines.
Its galleries hold more than two million bottles of sparkling wine, large thousands of bottled wines and hundreds of French oak barrels for its famous wine spirits.
The Wine Tourism has dazzled thousands of visitors due to the beauty of the galleries carved in the rock, the millions of bottles, as well as the show room, lounge and museum with tasting room, forming an integral part of the Route of Bairrada.
